It has been a while since we had a chance to post news, and just can’t let this event pass us by.

Blueprint Supported Education has worked with Eric Straight since he was a Video Arts and Technology major at CUNY’s BMCC. In 2017, we were honored to attend his Associate's Degree graduation. In 2020, Eric's final semester at Brooklyn College (BC) was unlike any we could have anticipated. Eric earned his Bachelor's Degree in Documentary Film with his thesis CHANGING THE NARRATIVE: THE VISION OF OSCAR MICHEAUX. The film was nominated in the category of Best Documentary in the 38th Annual Brooklyn College Undergraduate Film Festival (June 26-28, https://bc-film-festival.com/). We were not surprised - we had a sneak peek of the film, and it is fantastic. Congratulations, Eric! Your nomination and Bachelor's Degree are well earned.

Update: ERIC WON BEST DOCUMENTARY in the 38th Annual Brooklyn College Undergraduate Film Festival !!!
