Blueprint was thrilled to be a part of the first Innovations Conference hosted by Coordinated Behavioral Care. The day was held in the Kimmel Center at NYU against the beautiful backdrop of Washington Square Park. Blueprint featured among 18 poster presentations highlighting unique practices and programs. These were grouped into the following topical areas: Unique Approaches: Specialized Interventions for sub-populations, Distinctive Outcomes: Programs with Meaningful measures, Collaborative Partnerships: Agencies working together to improve care, Addressing Gaps: Above and beyond care coordination. There was a real buzz in the room as everyone shared information and outcomes about their innovative programs.

Highlights of the day were Blueprint's participation in the panel discussion on 'Unique Approaches: Specialized Interventions for sub-populations', presenting alongside our Community Access colleague Keith Aguiar from Self Direction, and making connections with other providers dedicated to the work we do.
