Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ) aims to provide comprehensive, critical support to children and families through groundbreaking programs including, but not limited to the following:

EDUCATION:

• The Baby College (parenting workshops)

• The Three-Year-Old Journey

• Harlem Gems (pre-school program)

• Promise Academy Charter School

• Peacemakers

• A Cut Above

• Truce Media and Arts

• Employment and Technology Center

• Learn to Earn (LTE) (academic support)

• College Preparatory Program

• Center for Higher Education and Career Support

FAMILY & COMMUNITY:

• HCZ Community Centers (e.g., after-school, night and weekend programming)

• Beacon Community Centers

• Housing Development Community Centers

HEALTH:

• Healthy Harlem (initiative to combat obesity and foster healthy habits)

• Harlem Armory (50,000 square foot facility)

• HCZ Food Services (providing healthy breakfasts, lunches and snacks to HCZ students)

HAVE HCZ'S PROGRAMS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19? All HCZ schools, programs and community centers have been closed. Phase 1 of re-opening began on June 8th, 2020.
