The CUNY Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism (Newmark J-School) prepares students from a broad range of economic, racial and ethnic backgrounds to produce high-quality journalism at a time of rapid change. Newmark J-School is the only publicly funded graduate journalism school in the heart of the media capital of NYC. The Newmark J-School boasts three grant-funded centers that serve as hubs for education, research, training, events, and professional support for working journalists.
